Hey all,

I have some big plans for the Cervidian art. While attending as an exhibitor at the Stumptown Comic Festival in Portland, I was often asked about the Cervidian story and for some more background info on the Cervidian characters. I plan to start on my first short comics featuring various characters from the Cervidian universe. Magic Clam and I have already been writing up the scripts for a few of these which will be short scenes from the larger story. This is one of the reasons that I'm a little slow with posting any new art. I have been directing a lot of my energy to the sketching of new ideas and learning how to do comic layouts.

In addition to the comic, I have plenty of pencil drawings that need inking and I hope to the post them for everyone's enjoyment in the upcoming months. There will also be a few drawings colored by Lorien077 that I'm looking forward to posting here as soon as I have a chance to acquire the files of the scanned work. She's been doing some very impressive work with Copic markers on my ink drawings. Magic Clam has also been trying some new experiments in coloring that are looking very nice, but I'll have to be patient if I want to see the final products.
